Ms. Bonevac is an experienced estate planning, probate, estate and trust, real estate and business law attorney with both a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.  With tax laws constantly changing combined with the complexity of drafting advanced estate planning, real estate and business documents, Ms. Bonevac keeps current with recent developments in the law in order to remain at the forefront of the legal profession.  Ms. Bonevac is a member of the Trust Law Committee, the Probate Law and Procedure Committee, the Estate and Trust Tax Planning Committee and the Probate and Trust Litigation Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and serves on that Section’s Executive Council.  She is also a graduate of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) (2016), a member of the Tax Law Section of The Florida Bar and is a past member of the Stephen R. Booher American Inn of Court, a professional organization of judges and attorneys committed to fostering ethics, integrity and professionalism. Ms. Bonevac is also a member-agent of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc.  Ms. Bonevac has been awarded by her peers an “AV Rating” by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating published in Martindale-Hubbell for ethical standards and legal ability, which identifies her as a lawyer with very high to preeminent legal ability and the highest professional and ethical standards.
